Refund Policy

Last updated: 21/09/2026 · This English version is the binding version.

Robells does not charge anyone yet. There is a Free plan, and every new workspace starts with a period on the Team plan without a card. This policy sets out how refunds work from the first time a paid plan is charged, so that it is settled before anyone pays.

Who this applies to

Plans are paid for by the owner of a workspace. This policy applies to that person or organisation. People invited into a workspace do not pay for it and have nothing to be refunded.

The 14-day refund

If you pay for a plan for a workspace for the first time and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Renewals and cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the workspace then moves to the Free plan.

Renewal payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, except where the law requires it.

Ending a paid plan does not delete your work. The workspace moves to the Free plan, and that plan’s limits apply to what can be added from then on.

If we charged you by mistake

If you were charged in error — charged twice, or charged after you cancelled — tell us and we will refund the mistaken charge in full, however long ago it happened.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including any right to cancel a purchase made at a distance. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.

How this fits with the Terms

This policy is part of the Robells Terms. The governing law and the courts named there apply to it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@robells.io from the address on the account and name the workspace. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the payment method that was charged; how long they take to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version applies to payments made after the change. A payment is governed by the version that was in force when it was made.
