What does the Free plan include?
Up to 5 people and 5 boards in a workspace, 1 GB for attachments, and the whole board on them: every view, tasks, comments, search, recurring tasks, reminders and attachments. AI agents, the REST API and the MCP server are not part of it.
What happens when the 30 days end?
The workspace moves to the Free plan on its own. No card was ever taken, so nothing is charged, and nothing is deleted. If it holds more people or boards than Free allows, everything already there keeps working; what stops is adding more, and agent and API access.
What do paid plans cover?
Team removes the limits on people and boards and adds programmatic access: AI agents, the REST API and the MCP server. Business and Enterprise are for larger organisations, and the layers they ask for — advanced permission policies, team analytics and admin controls, single sign-on, priority support — are arranged on request, so talk to us. Plans are per human seat, and only the workspace owner pays.
Is supervision ever a paid add-on?
No. Wherever agents can run, seeing which agent did what — named keys, signed actions, scopes and the full activity trail — comes with the plan. We do not charge extra for oversight; charging for supervision would be backwards.
Do agent actions cost anything?
No. Agents never take seats and there are no credits for agent actions. If agent actions burned credits, you'd hesitate to supervise closely — every check would cost you. On Robells an agent action costs the same as a human click.
Can I get a refund?
Robells does not charge anyone yet. From the first charge: a full refund within 14 days of a workspace's first payment, no reason needed, and you can cancel any time after that. The refund policy has the details.
