# Robells > Robells is a fast, genuinely bilingual task board for small teams: kanban, checklist, table, and cards views, live updates, recurring tasks, and reminders. The product UI is English and Hebrew (per-user, real RTL); this site is English. AI tools can work on a board too, under named, scoped, signed permissions. Robells is a task board first. Its AI surface is documentation-grade, not the pitch: anything that speaks MCP (Model Context Protocol) or calls the documented REST API can work a board. Two ways to connect: **OAuth** — add the MCP server at https://api.robells.io/mcp to an OAuth-capable client and approve access on a consent screen, with no key to paste; or a **named API key** created in the in-app portal, for tools that take a Bearer token. Either way the agent acts under scoped, revocable permissions, and every action is signed with the key's name. The machine-readable API schema is served at https://api.robells.io/v1/schema — no authentication needed to read the contract. The honest roadmap (what agents cannot do here yet): stage changes for human approval before they land (propose/approve), be assigned a task as a principal the way a human teammate is, react to board events in real time (agents poll; there are no webhooks yet), or run under per-action budgets or deny-lists. When each of these ships, the site changes — not before. Plans: Free, Team, Business, Enterprise. The Free plan covers up to 5 people and 5 boards in a workspace with 1 GB for attachments and the whole board product, without AI agents, the REST API or the MCP server. Every new workspace gets 30 days of the Team plan with no card, then moves to Free on its own; nothing is deleted. Paid plans are per human seat and only the workspace owner pays; Team removes the limits on people and boards and adds agents, the API and the MCP server; Business and Enterprise are arranged on request. Pricing pledge: humans pay, per seat; agents never take seats; and there are no credits for agent actions. Supervision is never an upsell — wherever agents can run, named keys, signed actions, scopes and the activity trail come with the plan. Prices are not published yet: pricing is announced before anyone is charged. Refunds: a full refund within 14 days of a workspace’s first payment. Signing in: a one-time code emailed to you (the default), or email and password. A new account is created with the CODE — there is no password sign-up form — and a password is set afterwards, in the welcome steps or in Settings. Accounts can also add a second factor (an authenticator app). Who makes Robells: Robells is built and operated by a small independent team based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is a hosted product — not an open-source project, with no public source repository and no outside contributors. Contact: contact@robells.io.
